The event will be held on Sunday, June 4th from 2pm-4pm at the Claremont Savings Bank Community Center - Community Room B (behind the front desk) There is a space limit for the Community Center event room (30-40 people) so registration is required for headcount. The anticipated head count and final details will be sent via email the week prior to the event. Please try to arrive by 2:15pm at the latest so as to set up your food in a timely manner so we can enjoy our meal and vacate the event room by the 4pm end time per the rental agreement.
